La panthère noire, appelée aussi léopard noir, est un léopard (Panthera pardus) atteint de mélanisme, qui est une mutation génétique lui conférant une robe globalement noire. Fréquent chez cette espèce, ce phénotype se retrouve aussi chez le Jaguar (P. onca).
